Also things to note. We have a very nice section of Feyth, which we call Hell's Kitchen. It is 3 outposts in a nice little triangle, and has a 10/10 complex.
We also have ship reimbursement plan for all ships lost in pvp.
My little department in the alliance, is a small band of hooligans known as the RISE Raiders. We run pvp gangs nightly, and fight mainly 5 alliances whom are all within about 10-17 jumps of us. It is extremely fun. In fact if your a pvper at heart, a sea of blues becomes dull. Not in RISE ! Since we moved to Feyth my corp is having the time of it's EvE life.

There is also a cosmo's system in Feyth, another 5/10 complex within 1 jump, and unlimited mining/industry potential.
We are recruiting individuals to corps, and we are also looking for corps as well. We have room for both US and EU players and corps.

Unlike alot of alliances, RISE maintains a pretty damn accurate kb, as our reimbursements for losses etc come from our KB.
But anyhow, I wouldn't call barely being over a 30% efficiency versus us "taking us apart." BUT A MANS GOTTA HAVE DREAMS !

RISE is on the move. If you want to be in one of the "mover and shaker" alliances in this game, look no further.
Shadow Gypsies are about 1/2 USA and 1/2 Australian players. We are still currently recruiting a select few high skill point USA players that are self sufficient, pvp hungry and motivated.
We always need a few more Bogans..err I mean Aussies as well ! We also have several Israeli pilots for people who play from that area of the world.

RISE is currently at war with KOS. They have hired KIA Alliance (mercs) to try to counter RISE. RISE and KIA are currently slugging it out around Feyth and Tenef. It is really to bad we have different prime times for the most part, as KIA is fun to fight against.
How long KOS can hire Mercenaries and rely on it's Coalition allies before it crumbles remains to be seen. After weathering the Coalition assault for many months like a rabid badger defending it's den, RISE now hungers for payback.

Shadow Gypsies has dirty Aussies and a couple Bogans in it ! We like independent mature no drama/crybaby pilots who like to pvp. We prefer to pvp in small gangs/solo. We offer 80% of EvE to shoot at, a great place to make ISK to do it, and a close tight knit corp to do it with.
